Despite the fact that I am only semi-recovered from the Hoboken Death Flu that's been dogging me since my last final exam on Monday (I finished first in the class and then deliriously promised to meet my academic-Tina-Fey-lookalike prof for tea next year while handing it in, wtf), I have managed to start my Yuletide and MtYG stories. Yaaay! Also, I noticed that -- as per usual -- my Yuletide request came up for a pinch-hit, so if you're my sweet Yule pinch-hitter looking for an idea of what I like, may I direct you to my original "Dear Yuletide Writer" letter?

Also carrying me through the sinus pressure have been lovely cards from kadymae, dine, lesasoja, and _ducks, who included a Fortune Teller Miracle Fish with her card! According to its magical powers I am "passionate". Go me!

Another thing bringing me pleasure is the fact that stupidass Stephen "Bush Lite" Harper finally succumbed to peer pressure from the rest of the class and got Canada on board with the Bali climate change agreements. Hooray!
