There was no reason for me to make this poll, I just felt like doing it. I don't even have anything important to say, except that I was at the mall today and there were these four girls hanging out there and I swear to god they were all wearing the EXACT SAME basic outfit, only with slight mixes and variations. They all had basically the same handbags, too. What the HELL. Everybody I know used to hate showing up to school in the same clothes as somebody else! I am getting so old.

Sadly, when I was in school it was the opposite. We all called each other the night before to make sure we were wearing the same thing. I think it was some kind of teenaged intimidation tactics or something; so everyone not wearing the predetermined clothes would feel ostracized. Ugh.

Also, when I think about what we WORE. *shudders* I mean, how many pairs of socks can one person wear? As many as it took to scrunch their way up over our tightly tapered jean cuffs, apparently.

The slouch socks! I had them in all colours of the rainbow, carefully coordinated to every outfit. And I recall doing that awful thing where you fold the cuff of your jeans over so they snug your leg and become MORE tapered, so then you can wear slouchy boots over them. ugh, ugh, UGH!

I thought so too--he looks like a freaking hobbit (any guy 5'7" or shorter now gets called hobbit-sized), but I guess he's really just very...petite looking.
