Also I wasn't quick enough with the FF button and accidentally watched some scene with Debbie in it that I have managed to successfully avoid for like four years or some shit, and it was even worse than I could have imagined because she said some astonishingly racist thing and proved that I was right to FF all her scenes all these years.

Oh my, I've just watched few of those PS22 Chorus videos on YouTube... is it wrong that I now have a bit of a crush on the PS22 chorus director? I mean, not only is he pretty cute, he's a creative teacher who is willing to do repertoire that's fun and relevant to the kids. AND he's clearly great at imparting both technical skill and emotion. They are *selling* it, man...and that's not always easy to draw out of kid performers.

Hee! Seriously, I am 100% in support of teachers who are able to connect with kids on this kind of level, where he really obviously respects them and encourages them to Be Awesome. And if those teachers are easy on the eyes it's a bonus. *g*
