Yup, though I don't use FF3, so I'm not sure what the newest update is like. But I've found it very comforting to know folk are blocked off my internet experience. I don't have to worry about forgetting a name and clicking a link and getting a face full of stupid.

I've also been trying it to block some annoying pop-unders.
