How nice for you that you're part of a race that is able to ignore racism.

I see it as a bunch of kids (because that IS what they are- kids) joking around.

She's racist, b/c what she is doing is racist. It is true that if a bunch of kids at the local high school did this, (many) people couldn't give a crap. However, them not giving a crap doesn't mean it's not racist.
