painful teeth and pixie boots

I'm six kinds of tired and bleh this morning. I think I'll have to make a dentist appointment for Friday to get my accursed tooth capped so it can STOP HURTING.

Apart from that, I have chicken fettucine alfredo with sauteed mushrooms for lunch, so I'm good on that angle. And I think I may have spoken a bit too quickly in cliokat's journal about being immune to her sneaker-coveting bug, because I keep staring in discontent at the olive-drab nubuck fuckers I have on today and wanting different, better sneakers.

I wanna go home and work on the shameful JuNi bunny that's romping all blond and stupid and solo around in my mind. I wanna go home and read Gotham Knights and contemplate Poison Ivy fic or maybe Robin fic. Or maybe Robin!Lance fic.

However, I cannot yet do any of these things, so instead I will stare at the movie poster of a wild-eyed, bare-chested Rudolph Valentino on my calendar and listlessly drink water. Muh.

Bleh sucks. But! it's nearly lunchtime, and after that, everything will seem much brighter.

And you're right--my shoes really aren't that bad. But I still want new ones. Hey, it rains so much in Vancouver, I'll need new ones. So, yes! Justifiable shoe-shopping!
