Spent the night drinking Tim Horton's Frozen Cappucino and watching "Singing in the Rain" and falling in love with Gene Kelly all over again. Because, as
glassapple said, he and JC do have the same eyes, and sometimes the same smile. Leos. They're all the same. ^_~
And I got to go to Greenwood yesterday and do some voice-over work, which was reading out girls' and boys' names so that foreign students can become familiar with them. The only odd thing was that this list was compiled from the most popular names according to the US Census Bureau, so lots of them were Spanish. Which will probably be odd for the kids in Hong Kong who're happily listening to the "J" names--Jack, John, whatever--and then get "Jose." Talk about confusing.
But hey, the job's fun. And now it's off to
chootoy's for a day of puppyage; sadly, her computer is ill and so she has none at home. Waaaaaah!
I need to get Singing in the Rain on DVD, man.

oh, gene kelly.
Re:
I have the "Biggest Hits" CD of a bunch of songs from Gene's movies, which is utterly wonderful. His dear, throaty, untrained voice! Sends me into paroxysms of delight.
All us Gene Kelly fangirls. Puppy fandom is so damn cool, yo. ^_~
