Omg, I forgot the jingle bells, batman smells stories!
beneath the bedrock of the mystery: I don't generally search out Bart stories, because (ironically) they tend to be too slow-paced for me. But this! this was restless and deeply thoughtful and kind of *really* hot all happening fast the same time, and reminded me why I lurve the DC universe so very, very much. eee!
the returning substance: Yay! Kon-character-piece, and it's pensive and hopeful and just on the edge of sulky and sounds so, so much like him. Plus it made me laugh in places, and damn, good characterization is just about the best thing ever.
maleperduys: I don't think you could find a more fabulous progression of stories, because this one is Tim's and it's smart and wry and fond and kinky without being *anything* dirty, because after all he's a Batcave-baby and that's their speciality. mmmmm.

kerithwyn's (working title) welcome to arkham, which is a maliciously subtle slide down into the complications of dealing with The Joker. A good Joker story always scares the crap out've me, and this one gave me shudders. Read it!!
