Are these ones you own or ones you've seen?

I do own a bunch of these, but they're ones I've seen. And lots of the movies I own were taped off the television and whatnot, so I'm not sure if those count as ones I "own". Hmmm.

Hey, if it's in your possession, it works for me.

There's also a list of the 100 worst movies ever (http://www.imdb.com/bottom_100_films). Sadly, I might do better on that one. Or worse. Something.

[identity profile] althea5000.livejournal.com 2003-05-22 02:05 pm (UTC)(link)
Actually, just from looking at the list, I think it came from an Entertainment Weekly book thing that my roommate actually owns. I could double-check (and get the title for you) when I get home.

But woo! Now this is a meme I can get behind! I should have more than 15 this time. Although it'll still be thanks to my roommates.

Apparently, it's an IMDB list. Interesting. I guess they saw how popular the BBC's booklist was!

It's the imdb top 100 films, as voted by their users (http://us.imdb.com/top_250_films).

Movies do kick ass. Mmmm....

Ah! Thank you. I wouldn't agree with how highly a lot of them are ranked, but then, I don't rule the world. Yet. muahhahhah!

Huh. You can tell you're a movie buff when you've seen all but 3 of the above. And, um, own 38 of them.

I guess there's no point in me doing this meme.
