Of course it is! Although, I'm confused now. I thought we were getting ragged on for having a "mob mentality" and being catty, the way women supposedly tend to be? So being open and upfront about displeasure didn't work, and now we have to go back to whispering behind our hands and writing nasty things in the girls' washroom? Apparently, most of the complainers share the "don't say it where I can see it" mentality. As long as we publically appear to be all sweet and lightness, we can say whatever the hell we want and be as bitchy as we want.

Somehow, that doesn't quite work for me. If I've got an opinion on fandom, I'd sort of like to put it out there in public; if I've got an opinion on a specific person, then I'll put in my journal lest someone take offense at my audacity and smite me down.
