Hairspray? I know it works for plain ink, but I'm not so sure about Sharpie ink. Worth a shot, though.

Dude! I was addressing interoffice envelopes, thankyewverymuch and then I had to pick up the PHONE and then the hand with the Sharpie kind of grazed my SHIRT and AAARRRGHGHGHH!!!
