Oh, no, I wasn't thinking English-language-only as a requirement. But there *are* already not-in-English fests out there for non-Anglophone fandoms, and I'm afraid that if the sign-ups and instructions didn't at least have an option for monolingual Anglophones, I would still cheer it on, but I wouldn't be able to sign up, alas. :/ So the fest I personally would want would at least have one foot in the English-speaking part of fandom.

(TBH though, a no-English-allowed multifandom multilanguage fest aimed at raising visibility for all the non-monolingual-English-speakers in this part of fandom would also be awesome too.)
